Criteria for Acceptance

• Acceptable species include dogs, cats, fish, and birds. Exotic species are not permitted.
• Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited, including:
• Rottweiler
• Chow
• Doberman
• Akita
• Pit Bull
• Staffordshire Terrier
• Bullmastiff

Required Documentation

• Associates must request the following from the resident prior to acceptance of a pet:
• Vaccination records
• Dog breed verification, if applicable 
• Signed Pet Addendum

Deposits and Fees 

• Resident pays the applicable pet fee(non-refundable) $300.00 per pet and pet deposit (refundable) $150.00 per pet prior to bringing any pet to reside at the community.
• Limit of 2 pets per apartment.
• Pet deposits must be held until a resident vacates the apartment, even if the pet is removed from the apartment prior to the end of the lease term.
• Resident pays $25.00 monthly pet rent per pet.

Steps Required

• If any doubts of breed arise, resident is required to obtain breed verification in writing from a licensed veterinarian.
• Take a picture of the animal for the resident's file.
• Pay all applicable fees and deposits.
• Resident is required to sign the Pet Addendum.
